Hi this Alex Clark and as an engineer at QuickBooks I might be able to provide some insight into the QuickBooks won’t open issue you are facing right now. I would suggest you check to see if QuickBooks has been updated to the most recent version and if the printer is linked to your computer, and printer software is installed. You can also look for particular printing problem messages by searching the QuickBooks Support webpage.
